The surfaces at North Park need an improvement. The basketball court is small and un-even. As well the tennis court’s plastic material is very slippery to when wet. 

Improvements to the park will increase the enjoyment of those who use it regularly. Possibly making regulars use it even more often. It will also cause those who don’t use it to me more likely to use it because humans are attracted to nice new things.

Having nice parks is great because they are proven to make people happier. Not only that but the help the surrounding areas by attracting homebuyers.
