NEW MEXICO VICTORIA MARTENS ACT

                                      In Memory of Victoria Martens

    COMES NOW, We the People of the Great State of New Mexico,who,in memory of Victoria Martens, a 10 year old child who was tragically murdered; Petition The New Mexico State Legislator and The New Mexico Governor to pass legislation and make it New Mexico law that any person or persons convicted in the malicious death of a child in the State of New Mexico face a mandatory penalty of 120 years commitment to the New Mexico Department of Corrections without possibility of parole or release.  

WHEREFORE, We the People of this Great State petition the Legislator and the Governor that this petition be passed according to law.
