Summary: Christopher Gonzalez SBI# 878202, was charged with the heinous murder of my brother Tyrone Counts. He and two others beat, stabbed, and tried to decapitate him. He was stuffed in a shopping cart.

Personal story: My name is Tracey and I am the sister of Tyrone Counts, who was murdered in cold blood! My family and I have been dealing with this tragic circumstance since December 2008. There were three individual Monsters who have forever affected our lives.

The issue: Christopher Gonzalez, along with Hector Lugo, ONLY received 12 years and Carmen Matos (mother of Hector Lugo) received 30 years, after beating my brother with a baseball bat, stabbing him, trying to decapitate him, to then stuff him naked in a shopping cart! It is horrifying enough, to sit and watch the DA make a plea deal of 12 years for Christopher, but now the State of New Jersey Parole Board, is not only considering this monster to be released on parole, but Christopher is asking to be transferred to the State of New York parole board. I'm pleading with everyone to please sign this petition to prevent any parole to occur. He should serve each and every day that he was sentenced in prison! My brother doesn't have a say, but we have the power to make a change! I have to watch my mother in unbearable pain each and everyday, because of the lost of her son!

Take action! If Christopher Gonzalez or Hector Lugo is released and they decide to drink and/or get high, it may very well be your son, daughter, mother, or father who can be killed by the hands of these monsters for just saying a word that may appear to be disrespectful to them!!
