While states like New Jersey are already in violation of our Second Amendment rights, it is during times like these where the right to bear arms could not be MORE IMPORTANT.  The State of New Jersey and/or President Trump should IMMEDIATELY allow, by executive order, all those who have a valid carry permit or firearms ID card to carry a firearm at ALL TIMES, to protect themselves, their families and those around them.  These individuals have ALREADY PASSED a criminal background check, many of them several times, in order to obtain a firearm LEGALLY.  Therefore, it would NOT allow “prohibited persons” to obtain or carry a firearm in any way, shape or form in violation of current laws.  This is a COMMON SENSE initiative in these uncertain times, where people are scared, hoarding food and panicking.  It is VITAL that those of us who are already LEGALLY allowed to own a firearm be allowed to carry a firearm on our person in the course of our day to day activities so that we may shop for food and and other items critical to our SURVIVAL, without worry.  People are beginning panic, and panic causes people to become irrational.  Should the current shortages of basic supplies and food become any worse, those people are going to become desperate, and we all have seen the movies and read the books.  We know where desperation leads. Criminals are already carrying concealed weapons!  PLEASE let LAW ABIDING CITIZENS protect themselves!
