The Mehlville Panthers finished their season 0-10. Many people believe it was the coaching at Mehlville. Since 2013 the Panthers have been 37-55 with little Playoff success. Players after the 2023 Season were livid at Coach Kent Heinemann because of many things. Players say he holds grudges and can’t solve a problem on and off the field. After the Northwest Game he called the team “Shitty”. Last year former Panther Marvin Hall had a signing to his college and the football team wanted to be there and Kent told the football team not to leave the weight room untill 4 which was after Marvin’s signing. Usually the weight room ends at 3:30. There’s been so much negativity in this program for the last 3 years and really feel with the kids we have on this team can bring back that positive feel we had in the 90’s. I think it times for a change at Mehlville and hopefully you sign this petition so it can be one.
