As of early morning on Sunday (around 4am) New Hall has been without hot water and heating in all blocks, Reception staff say that this will not be remedied until Tuesday. Quite frankly it is ridiculous for them to think that we can go 2/3 days without hot water to do our washing up and have showers and we deserve compensation.
