We, the people of Nevada, believe that when practicing proper social distancing and sound CDC guidelines, the CV-19 can be contained.  Those who are in "high risk" categories (age, pre-existing conditions) may practice voluntary "shelter in-place". 

The devastating economic impact of the shutting down of all businesses deemed "non-essential" by Governor Sisolak far outweighs the questionable health value. It will result in permanent job losses, bankruptcies, historic business closures, increased crime and drug use.  It will also have a significant health impact from economic stress and loss that far outweighs the health impact of CV-19.

Those who supported or opposed the reopening of the NV economy will be remembered by us in the upcoming November election and beyond. 

We also request that those with serious pre-existing conditions, whose lives were sadly lost, who happened to test positive for CV-19 are not "automatically assigned" CV-19 as their cause of death. This politically motivated pseudo-science is misleading and unscientific. It results in unjustified panic and impact to our economy.
