SHANE VALENTINE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED BY THE LVMPD AS A PERSON OF INTEREST IN THE DOUBLE HOMICIDE OF MY DAUGHTER SYDNEY LAND. HE CAN NOT BE RELEASED FROM PRISON!

Shane was scheduled to appear before the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners, in April 2020. with a potential release date of July 2020. Due to Covid 19 delays, his new parole hearing is scheduled for July 2020. 

He has served less than 32 months of a 72 month sentence? A potential murderer!!!

SHANE VALENTINE was out on bail at the time of the drive by shooting of Nehemiah Kauffman's mothers house on October 8, 2016. Shane texted continual death threats to Nehemiah over the next few weeks, stating he was going to kill Nehemiah "Neo" and Sydney Land. On October 27, 2016, Sydney and Neo were found dead. Shane Valentine was arrested in Burbank, CA where he fled immediately after the murder. 

Shane Valentine is currently serving a prison sentence for the shooting into the  homes as well as other felony charges, for other crimes he has committed. 

Shane Valentine is a lifelong, violent and dangerous criminal with no regard for society. He does not deserve any leniency for the countless crimes he has committed. There should be no negotiating or early parole for Shane Valentine. He will immediately begin his reign of terror on  the citizens of Las Vegas!

As concerned citizens we stand unified that our voice be heard. The Nevada State Parole Board is the gatekeeper of protecting residents in Nevada from prisoners being paroled too early. Please stop the revolving door for these criminals. The senseless violence and criminal activity in our great cities and state must end. We ask that you send a clear message to these criminals that we do not and will not negotiate with felons and criminals. We want our city back and our community and families safe.
