Bad judging is a disgrace and embarassment to the sport, the commissions and people involved, and the state. It can completely change a fighter's career and life, as well as turn fans away from the sport which will end up creating a loss of revenue. No boxer should have their hard work thrown out and their life altered due to a poor judging decision. The boxers must do their job correctly and the boxing judges should do theirs.

Throughout the history of boxing, the sport has been plagued by terribly poor decisions that can be looked at as no other than a robbery. Ignorance, bias, and corruption have all played a part in these bad decisions.

We understand that you are all very busy, however this is indeed an issue that requires attention. Bad judging is a disgrace and embarrassment to the sport, the commissions and people involved. The state in which the event is held is also looked at in a negative light. It can completely change a fighter's career and life, as well as turn fans away from the sport they love. Due to this, those involved in the event will suffer a loss to their reputation along with a loss of revenue in the long run as well.

Robberies and bad decisions have unfortunately become a large part of boxing but that should not be an excuse and can certainly be changed with some effort. No boxer should have their hard work thrown out and their life altered due to a poor judging decision. The boxers are to do their job correctly and the boxing judges are to do theirs

Those responsible for helping to fix this consistent dilemma will certainly get a huge positive increase to their reputation and in addition, will see a financial gain for anyone involved in the sport of boxing. The sport will without a doubt, become once again, one of the mainstream sports in America and will further flourish throughout the rest of the world.

We will all continue to fight to abolish these horrible decisions and poor displays of judging and with your help we can make it happen. Thank you very much for your time.

Sincerely,

Anthony Gagliardo
