This is easily my favorite show on Netflix and one of my all-time favorite shows. I've shown as many friends as I could and they have all loved it, coming from all walks of life. 

It can be a little out there sometimes, but that's what makes it so interesting!

This is seriously a loveable cast of characters, the pacing is amazing, I crave the narration (A LOT OF CHARACTERS GET TO!). The responsible, sensible, ridiculously funny main character, Kantaro, carries this show with his super serious and super silly moments. I loved learning more about his office mates, seeing another side to his boss, his extremely weird relationship with his mom (the ".......KASA?! O_O" part gets me every time), AND WHO DOESN'T WANT TO SEE SWEETS KNIGHT AND SWEETS PRINCESS TAKE A SWEETS VACATION? This back and forth dodging love story keeps you coming back for more and more. 

I was heartbroken to learn that it was canceled a couple of years ago and do anything about it. Then I started watching it again today, in June 2020. I got goosebumps every time Kantaro got his sweets. The way they portray each dish makes it look SO delicious and seeing all these corners of Japan is such a cool experience. I traveled over 2 hours just to have two of the sweets from the show in LA - I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED (AAAANNNMITSU!) ! I thank the show for expanding my pallette, I'd never know about these desserts otherwise.

It has high ratings across multiple platforms and it seems well received. I don't have the full story as to why it was cancelled, but I'd love to try and help bring it back, I hope you'd like to as well. Thanks for reading. Will it come back? KANMI NOMI ZO SHIRU! (Only Sweet Heaven Knows!)
