On July 22 2019, Hunan Tv released it's new series 奋斗吧少年 / Fen Dou Ba Shao Nian' Lu Xia is a tennis prodigy who lived overseas since he was a child with his parents. He has inherited his father's outstanding strength and tennis talent. However, trapped under the shadow of his father, Lu Xia only sees tennis as a tool to win over him, losing the passion and happiness in playing tennis altogether. Upon returning to China, he joins in a high school tennis team and met various tennis masters. Here, he begins to realize the meaning of tennis and figure out his own identity as a player. In the process of working to win the national league, Lu Xia and his teammates learn to work as a group and understand the importance of friends.

Many fans would agree, 奋斗吧少年 / Fen Dou Ba Shao Nian ' presents many issues we rarely get a glimpse of on TV today. It's refreshing to see such a well-done series on a sport (Tennis) and live action which is faithful to the manga and anime, which is most often overlooked in itself while including the raw and intense struggles that can come along with it. This show brought about how to deal with different types of person and what is a true friendship/team mates are about. Each episode brought the viewers into the world of not only Lu Xia  but the supporting characters as well, who all had so much depth and substance that told a story of their own.

Hunan and Netflix needs to keep shows like 奋斗吧少年 / Fen Dou Ba Shao Nian ' going because they truly create a strong and supporting fan base- a community of individuals who will produce continual support for the shows that they connect with and love so deeply. 

Actors Peng Yu Chang as Lu Xia, Dong Li as Qiao Chen , Zhang Yi Jie as Zhou Zhu, Xie Bin Bin as Mu Siyang, Zhu Zhi Ling as Chi Dayong, Xu Ke as Tang Jiale, Wu Xu Dong as Zhang Baiyang, Li He as Yan Zhiming, Fan Lin Feng as He Xinglong and other cast deserve to continue to tell the story of The Prince of Tennis that they so immaculately brought to life. With such hard work and dedication on their part (and the part of all the other actors) to bring this incredible story to life, it is a shame to end it with a cliff hanger. Their story isn't done yet. 

Netflix is fueled by viewership and subscriptions. This is one of those shows that would have and will have had people coming back on to their platform to keep on watching. Netflix NEEDS to listen to the FANS and the VIEWERS.
