On April 1, much to the chagrin of many thousands of fans, the popular TV series Bob's Burgers was partially removed from Netflix. The full removal is slated to occur on April 17th. As a fan of the show, this upsets and disappoints me. 

The reason for the removal is due to the end of a licensing agreement between Fox, who makes Bob's Burgers, and Netflix. April 1st also saw the removal of all or part of other Fox shows, including House, The X-Files, and Bones. 

It would seem logical for the two sides to reach a new licensing agreement. It would be mutually beneficial. Bob's Burgers is consistently one of the most-watched shows on Netflix, so the show is definitely worth the cost to license. Fox would of course profit from it, and it would increase viewership of the show in general. 

Netflix and Fox should listen to the calls of their many fans, and work out a new licensing agreement so that Bob's Burgers and other Fox shows will be available for Netflix users to enjoy.
