Dear Nepal Lovers, 

From the past year, Nepal has been furiously hit by natural calamities and bad leadership. The political culture of Nepal has proven to be limited within party politics and corruption. The situation of crisis has prolonged in such that instead of finding solution the political leaders are doing politics in the name of constitution, religion, geography, skin and language. 
Power play, Manipulation, Favoritism, Nepotism and corruption has become their core values where people’s sentiments and needs are seemingly finding any agendas.
Still after months of the devastating earthquake the government has not been able to come up with proper policies of reconstruction and resettlement. In absence of that people are dying in earthquake hit areas due to lack of resources management and shelters. Even when talking about relief aid funding there is no clarity and transparency.

There is a lack of governance seen in-terms of its management and every aspect of its operation.

Apart from that the blockade which has crippled the Nepali society seems to be promoted by the government in absence of proper governance where the poor are struggling for survival.

The Political culture of Nepal is manipulating the situation in such a way that it’s creating a multilateral solution for their benefits and corruption. Today when the country is facing with long terms energy crisis the Nepal Government fails to address the issues and seems to be careless regarding the public outcry. 
The major development projects are stalled and are in a situation of closure due to Energy crisis.

Whether you talk about LPG(Cooking gas) Distribution or petrol distribution or kerosene or electricity it is very sad to say that people have money but no option to buy the resources. Petrol is available for the people who have power and money from Black market but for normal public they have been suffering from the past 4 months.

In every phase the Nepal government has failed to show governance and leadership.

Our Prime Minister K.P Oli has been manipulating the issue of Patriotism and have said we would not bow down against the counter part where he fails to acknowledge that he is using the same oil from India. So the political game of the leadership seems to be quite reluctant against having various strategy for him and the public.

This petition is not to challenge the government but to show them that we do understand their politics and we are watching. It is not just their duty and responsibility to do the job but it’s the need of the time.

A nation needs one good leader and others as followers. At this time of crisis when people are dying due to lack of proper shelter and clothing we need a good leadership to show the path of diplomatic relations and affairs.
