Neighborhood Petition Request for immediate action from the City of Toronto to have the following completed:

1. For New FULLY COMPLETE asphalt road revitalization (no asphalt patchwork) for the following streets in the Humber Summit area - West of Islington: Rowntree Mill Rd., Hathor Cres., Whitfield Ave., Emily Ave., Apted Ave., Larchmere Ave., Aviemore Dr., Muir Ave.,  Riverside Dr., Starcross Crt., Tothill Rd., Husband Dr., Cloud Dr., Hillside Rd., Primula Cres., Delbrock Cres., Sombero Crt., Brazil Gate, Buttercup Crt., Riverton Dr., Aviemore Dr., Franel Cres., Grampian Cres., Walby Dr., Ayr Cres., Vanhill Ave., and Knox Ave. 

It has been DECADES since the Humber Summit area (West of Islington) has had full road revitalization!

Residents of this area have only seen asphalt road patchwork completed leaving this neighborhood looking very disorderly, incomplete, and extremely bumpy to drive on and use each day!

This area has been neglected, and residents want more from their tax paying dollars for their neighborhood!

This petition also includes the following concern of accessibility:

• Request for paved pathway through Apted Park.

There is no accessibility paved pathway available through Apted Park from the street (50 Apted Ave, North York, ON M9L 2P3). 

This is causing people to struggle by foot, with their strollers and bikes to go a long distance over the bumpy grass to get to the playground, baseball diamond and soccer field.

This is also negatively affecting people who require wheelchair accessibility.
