The Issue

We, the undersigned residents, oppose the proposed rezoning of land behind Burns Road to R-4 High-Density Residential.

We respectfully request the City of Pasco to: Deny Proposal ZD2025-001 Desert Bloom LLC, proposed rezoning of Parcel No. 126160173 to R-4 High Density Residential.

A public hearing with the Hearing Examiner will be held on July 9, 2025 at 6pm

Place: Council Chambers in Pasco City Hall at 525 N. 3rd Avenue in Pasco, WA.

Thank you for standing with us in our fight against the proposed R-4 zoning designation in Pasco. We have an important update: the City of Pasco Hearing Examiner has extended the public hearing to Wednesday August 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM at City Hall.

This is a critical opportunity to make our voices heard! We strongly encourage you to attend the hearing in person if possible and provide testimony opposing the R-4 zoning. The more people who show up to oppose this designation, the stronger our chances of winning our position. Your presence and voice can make a real difference!

For those who haven’t yet submitted a written comment, there’s still time! Please send your opposition to the R-4 zoning designation to barragani@pasco-wa.gov before the hearing deadline. Every comment counts and strengthens our case.
