I am a 26 year old father who is fighting for full custody of my 6 year old daughter. It has been a long road of tough battles and a wild rollercoaster ride and it would take me forever to write it all out. My daughter is now in Sacramento attending a school with a 1 out of 10 rating which is also in an area where there is constant danger and bad influences . Her current residence has 26% of a higher crime rate than the national average. Somewhere a child should not grow up. Her mothers family constantly bashes my name in front of her as do her cousins and other family. She calls me crying often due to rude statements made by mothers family.My daughter deserves something much better, which I can provide. I currently live in a safe and clean environment where the crime rate is 87% BELOW national average and the school ratings are 10/10. Her mother is an unfit mother who engages in several inappropriate activities on a consistent basis. My daughter is who taught me how to love and what love truly feels like. She is my #1 priority, My Bestfriend and I want to see her succeed in life and become something better than what she is surrounded by and being taught. I want to give her structure and security as well as consistency. When I first got my daughter she had over $4500 in damage to her teeth and needed over 11 root canals. She was also severly behind on vaccines. I had to pay out of pocket costs to make sure her needs were no longer being neglected. My daughter is a huge daddy's girl and we are very close. I am going to trial because I am going to do what a LOVING parent would do, and I'm going to fight for my daughters well being and best interest.
