Living at the Towers of Quayside has always been a dream due to its friendly atmosphere and vibrant community. As more families and children have become a part of our neighborhood, there's a growing need for additional recreational facilities to support this dynamic shift. One such opportunity lies in accessing the Miami Shores Waterpark—a facility that could greatly enhance our quality of life and provide invaluable recreational enjoyment for our residents, especially the youth.

The Miami Shores Waterpark offers a range of amenities, including water slides, pools, and play areas suitable for all age groups. It represents a safe and enjoyable place where our families can spend leisure time together, building stronger community ties and promoting active lifestyles. However, currently, Towers of Quayside residents do not have access to this facility even though it is geographically nearby and readily accessible.

We are calling on the homeowners association of Towers of Quayside to initiate negotiations with the Miami Shores Waterpark management. This step would not only fulfill the recreational needs of our expanding community but also foster a spirit of cooperation between neighboring areas. By establishing a mutual agreement, both the waterpark and our residents stand to benefit from increased engagement and shared resources.

The inclusion of our neighborhood in the facilities of Miami Shores Waterpark would mark a significant improvement in our community's recreational infrastructure.
