You want to register to give testimony by March 24th at 3pm. 
The Public Hearing (which will be virtual) will be from 10am on, so it’s important that if you give oral testimony you’re prepared to have some flexibility in your schedule Friday 3/25/22. You’ll be picked to give testimony in a randomized order and  that order will be publicized on March 24th at 6pm. 

“Registration will close on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 3:00 PM. Speaker order of approved registrants will be posted on the Judiciary Committee website on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 6:00 PM, under Public Hearing Testimony.”  (Information above is directly from the registration link).
