Please safely return students to the North Carolina State University Campus and the hybrid learning format as quickly and as safely as possible.  Please allocate resources to increase testing on campus; increase amount of quarantine rooms both on and off campus; establish repercussions for students breaking the rules; institute a shift back to remote for a shorter period of time (versus going just remote) should cases increase quickly and maintain an "all remote" option for any student who is not comfortable on campus. 

NCSU and UNC reacted too quickly this fall choosing to go fully remote, sending thousands of students home and back to their communities after a surge in COVID cases.  We ask NCSU to learn from other colleges across the country who have found a variety of ways to keep the majority of their students on campus.
