National Council of Corvette Clubs, please follow the law and post your tax returns

The Issue

The IRS states (https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/public-disclosure-and-availability-of-exempt-organizations-returns-and-applications-documents-subject-to-public-disclosure) that all 501-C3 organizations must publish their tax returns.

Please post the tax returns for the National Council of Corvettes and the National Council of Corvettes Charity Program. In addition, please post the Form 1023 which states the rules the charities must follow when the 501-C3 exemption status was applied for.

Both of these organizations are 501-C3 charity organizations.

In addition, please explain why only $25.00 was actually donated to charity in the 2013 - 2016 timeframe even though well over $150,000 was collected. The $25.00 was in 2016 and the revenue from ticket sales exceeded the cost of the prize by well over $9,800.

In addition, please put the quarterly governors meeting minutes back on your home page and make them available to not only the members of NCCC but also the public. Why were these minutes removed?

Why is NCCC no longer being transparent with their meeting minutes and why has it taken multiple formal complaints with the IRS and almost a year to get NCCC to comply and release the tax returns to individuals wanting to see them?

What is NCCC trying to hide?

David BPetition StarterI was a member of NCCC for 17 years. It took almost a year and a complaint with the IRS for NCCC to provide the tax returns to me. Tax returns, by law, are supposed to be public for 501-C3 organizations.
