Tim Heidecker is a movie lover, a charismatic host, a chef, and great actor. But sometimes I think maybe his knowledge of film is a bit lacking. This is why he needs film expert Greg Turkington as a guest on the show. I think the show would be a lot of fun. They could interview celebs like Billy Crystal, Tom Cruise, and maybe even James Dean. Ellen’s show was always a bore, but with segments such as “Stump the Buff” and “Popcorn classics” I think that not only the shows ratings will skyrocket, but it will be a much more fun show to watch as well. Both Tim and Greg are critically acclaimed actors as well as movie reviewers, which gives them an insight into movies more so than your average reviewer. Tim Heidecker said it best, “When you’ve got movies like Tom Cruise in them, you can’t lose!”
