Naza Quest Sdn Bhd has ceased the distribution of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia which has caused them to close down most of their service centres. This has made loyal Chevrolet customers face difficulty in claiming their warranty. Customers, including myself, have thoroughly enjoyed our cars knowing that they came with a comprehensive 5 year or 200,000KM  warranty. Naza Quest’s decision to close down their service centres have tarnished our trust in the brand and the post-sales experience provided by Naza.
 
As we purchased our cars from Naza Quest, we are entitled to be taken care of as we were promised when we purchased our vehicles. The distribution stopped in on the 15th of November 2018. Nearly a year and a half later, we haven’t received any indication on how we can claim our warranty. We urge Naza Quest to deliver on the promises made by them and provide the esteemed service they have claimed to provide. We hope the matter can be solved amicably. However, if Naza Quest choose to turn their back on their own customers, we will have to involve the courts and the Tribunal for customer claims.
