GOOD GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY PLEDGE

As a candidate, elected official and/or leader of an organization, I pledge to lead the passage and implementation of the Good Governance Legislative Remedies to prevent corruption, increase public confidence and save families money. 

 Mandatory Employee Protection Affidavits & Public Corruption Task Force Oversight (Federal, State & Local)

Employees, elected officials, contractors, and individuals will sign a simple digital check box off affidavit at every pay period. Lobbyists will be required to sign the affidavit when filing ethics reports and at pay periods. Zero-tolerance for intentional illegal acts. Non-compliance will trigger investigation if evidence is found. Affidavits that reveal corruption will be investigated by a Public Corruption Task Force. A simple digital checkbox 

 I did or did not witness, lead, or participated in unconstitutional, or illegal activities and have nothing to report. 

·   I did not leverage my position for personal gain or vendetta against others 

 Good Government Accountability Act – The Government Sunset Advisory Subcommittee will evaluate agencies effectiveness, utility, and service to the public, improve service and efficiency, and eliminate duplicative functions.

·  End unconstitutional spending and waste. 

·  Constitutionality check for every bill, regulation, law and spending. 

·  Prevent government overreach & weaponization against citizens by all government entities including: IRS, FBI, CIA, NSA

·  Zero-based budgeting with real time transparency.

Government Transparency – Create a transparent, accessible, searchable database of all government documents and transactions in real time. FOIA, Freedom of Information Act requests will be protected only by Congress. All department and officials’ schedules, finances, actions, and communications will be public. End hidden transactions and documents.

Ban Spying & Disinformation on American Citizens with US Tax Dollars: Patriot Act, Smith-Munth Act - Cease unconstitutional spying on US citizens by repealing and replacing invasive statutes, withdrawing from surveillance alliances, and punishing those who engage in such activities as acts of treason and sedition. Zero-tolerance for any unauthorized surveillance of citizens, with severe consequences/punishment for those involved in “5 Eyes” program. 

End Property taxes hinder citizens from fully owning their home. By ending property tax and preventing seizure of property, we create true homeownership, reduce poverty, and minimize dependence on government programs.
