National pg college 5th semester exams are going to start from 6 January and 3rd semester exams are going to start from 19th January,2022. But the problem arises here is the increment in COVID-19 cases, outburst of Omicron coronavirus, upcoming elections and so on. This might lead to an increase in the coronavirus cases on a very large scale. Also simultaneously conducting college exams can be hazardous and will lead to the third wave of this life threatening virus.

Moreover in the second wave of coronavirus people have lost their loved ones and have suffered a lot. Adding on to this, people have suffered from this deadly disease themselves too and are experiencing after affects till now.

For the students it's not possible or not safe to appear for the exams as there will be a large crowd inside and outside the college/ University campuses. Hence, after all the safety and preventive measures it can't be avoided.

Further more, national pg college as lost their valuable faculty members earlier this year in the second wave of COVID-19, therefore, it is favourable for both the teachers and students if the exams are postponed.

To be safe should our first priority and to wish for the well being of everyone around us should be our motto. Hence, we request for the postponement of the exams.
