Petition Statement:

We, the undersigned proud Australians, DEMAND the immediate and unconditional release of 31-year-old Sydney father and true patriot Brandan Koschel.

Brandan was thrown into prison for ONE FULL YEAR — separated from his family — for the “crime” of giving a 40-second Australia Day speech where he courageously told the truth: “Jews are the greatest enemy to this nation.”
We don’t just defend his right to say it.
We firmly believe every word he said and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him 100%.

He is not a criminal — he is a hero who dared to name the enemy destroying our country from within. This corrupt, sold-out government and its courts have proven they will jail patriots for telling the truth while real monsters walk free.

The very judge who slammed Brandan and gave him the full hammer is Deputy Chief Magistrate Sharon Freund. Today (18 Feb 2026) she called his words “motivated by hate”, said “no penalty other than full-time imprisonment is appropriate”, and locked him up for 12 months (would have been 16 without his plea). She had zero mercy for a father speaking truth on Australia Day.
Yet just one week earlier, the same Sharon Freund sentenced soccer coach Tullio ‘Tony’ Giacomo Cigana to a MAXIMUM of just 12 months (non-parole period only 7 months — eligible for parole end of March) for possessing dozens of child abuse material files (images and videos of kids aged 7-12 being raped and tortured). She gave him a good behaviour bond on the importation charge and called it “not victimless” but still let him walk with a slap. First offender? Sure. But compare that soft treatment for ACTUAL child exploitation to the year they threw at Brandan for words.

This is the same system that, per NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (BOCSAR):

Lets over 35% of convicted child sex offenders walk free with suspended sentences, bonds or community orders. Average prison for indecent child assault? Just ~25 months. Many aggravated cases get non-custodial or short minimums.

Gives rapists and adult sexual assault offenders prison only 76% of the time in higher courts — average just 4.5 years, with thousands of reported rapes never seeing jail.

Hands thieves, car thieves and property criminals fines, bonds or under-12-month sentences in Local Courts. Up to 50-70% avoid prison entirely.

Brandan gets a full year for naming the enemy. Pedos, rapists and thieves get lighter or equal treatment for destroying lives. This is not justice — this is treason against the Australian people.
Brandan Koschel is a symbol of resistance. His words were not “hate speech” — they were a warning to every real Australian. The fact that they locked him up proves he struck a nerve.

We demand:
Immediate release of Brandan Koschel today — no ifs, no buts.
Full pardon and complete expungement of his record.
Total repeal of Section 18C, the Anti-Discrimination Act vilification provisions, and every other anti-free speech law used to gag Australians.
An end to this two-tiered “justice” system run by judges like Sharon Freund that protects pedophiles, rapists, thieves and foreign interests while crucifying patriots who name the greatest enemy of our nation.

If the government refuses, it confirms they serve the enemy over the Australian people.
