Respiratory Therapy profession is under recognize,  under compensate , and not getting the respect deserving like the doctors and nurses where we are as much important in the healthcare business as they are. So we need to form a union organization to represent respiratory Therapists to promote our profession, better pay, and equality in the healthcare industry.
