Greetings from the ill-fated Unihomes DHFL Customers,

Unihomes Chennai a gated Community project financed by DHFL for Unitech with willful gross negligence hasn't been completed since the last 5 years.,

In most cases since 2011 we have been paying EMI to DHFL & Unitech took our 85% money both are not showing any responsibility to complete our projects, despite the best efforts by UCOA (Our Association) we are being ignored not cared for by the Government, Banker & the Builder, we need Justice.

DHFL is behaving very indifferent with the customers & showing arrogance in case of any EMI Holiday Period, Interest rate reduction sought, further there is a potential insider element from DHFL who might have received kick backs (money or kind) to do a wrong project finance.
