Exercising outdoors promotes healthy living by keeping you fit, healthy and most of all thinking straight. Exercise is a stress outlet for many individuals and the lack of being able to exercise outdoors is a negative threat on mental health as well as physical health. We do not want to extend the burden onto our health system during this time. Many people live in confined spaces and do not have space for an exercise outlet in an overcrowded environment. Allowing people to exercise on their own during lockdown should not be against the law during lockdown. The ruling can state you may exercise on your own outdoors, but you must keep a 10M perimeter around other individuals exercising in the same area and at the same time. This has worked for many countries throughout the world,  Being exposed to the outdoors in isolation is not a health risk.
