Over the past years of Roger Goodell being the NFL commissioner it's pretty clear to the majority of fans that he is universally disliked and his job approval rating is far from favorable. Roger Goodell is famous for handing out disproportionate punishments to players and unfairly treating one of the league's most successful players - Tom Brady. The investigation into the "Deflategate" has proven first hand that Goodell has unfairly punished the Patriots organization and Tom Brady based on inconclusive, biased "evidence", (The Wells Reports). The report by Ted Wells was clearly biased in the favor of the NFL commissioner and Brady's punishment was based on the notion that he was "Generally aware" of misconduct."

          The case has been overturned in a federal court when it was decided by Judge Berman that Brady was unfairly treated in the process and that there was no real evidence to show that Brady was guilty. This petition is aimed to lead to Fire Roger Goodell from his position as NFL commissioner, for his obviously biased and unfair treatment one of the leagues most popular and successful players.
