Approximately 10,000 family pet's are unnecessarily murdered by members of law enforcement in the United States. This has become a disturbing and completely out of control trend, and the numbers are rising.This petition is calling for a national ban disallowing, and strictly prohibiting any member of city, county or state law enforcement personnel on or off duty, plain clothed or uniformed prohibiting any use or method of deadly force, guns, rifles, tazers or any other means against any domesticated animals, be they sheltered, homed or stray, irregardless of age, breed or demeanor.
