The current  acceptable speaking score in toefl for immigrant pharmacists ,seeking to become licensed in The USA is more higher than any other jobs. Even though many of those pharmacists are really educated and expert in their field, they can not work in The USA and their knowledge becomes useless  just because of not taking the determined score for speaking section of toefl. To give those pharmacists chance of seeking their goals and help the community, the unusually high speaking score should be lowered to eliminate the most important barrier they are facing in becoming an authorized pharmacist in The USA. To add, I would like to say that most of immigrant pharmacists are able to communicate perfectly and are previously working in different positions like technicians in the USA; however, when it comes to get the unusually high speaking score in toefl , they fail! Please let these people use their knowledge by lowering the score of speaking in toefl which is not even evaluating their knowledge in pharmacy.
