There are thousands of animals across the Western Cape and the country that are experiencing extreme abuse, pain and suffering and dying excruciating deaths as I type this! This has to stop and it has to stop now!! I am calling on the Democratic Alliance and the ANC, to implement  changes and laws now! 1. Mass sterilisation programs for dogs, cats and horses.

2. License fees must be paid for all animals, a higher fee will be paid for unsterilised animals, this will be for dogs, cats and horses.

3. Feeding and veterinary programs to be financially supported by the DA and ANC  and to be carried out by organizations currently on the ground.

5. Fencing off of council land where horses are currently grazing in various areas,  and water points and shelters set up, this has to be financed by the City of Cape Town and the DA in the Western Cape, and the ANC in other areas of the country.

6. Ongoing education and care programs to be supported by the DA and ANC.

It is outrageous that private individuals start organizations, try and raise funds and do the work with no support from Government. Enough!!! STEP UP NOW AND ASSIST.
