The Issue
In South Africa there is no offence called “trespass”- the offence is one of contravention of section 1 of the Trespass Act 6 of 1959.
It is vital to make "traspass" as explained in The traspass Act 6 of 1959, a criminal offence to deter potential persons from committing a traspass offence.
The mere fact that a person is on your property, irrespective of their motive, should be an criminal offence if no authorization has been granted by the landowner to do so.
STAND UP for your RIGHT to be SAFE from strangers on your own PROPERTY.....
