On May 30th in Austin Texas Kick streamer Natalie Reynolds was streaming near a lake where she had encountered a mentally ill woman the steamer was playing a real-life scavenger hunt and looking for a clue in the lake she offered the stranger 20 dollars to jump in the lake and swim to get it the women confused told Natalie she would jump in the water if she did it with her Natalie agreed to jump in after her but had no attention to jump in the lake whispering to her streamers she was going to scam the woman (not pay her the money for jumping in the lake) after some back and forth banter of the social media influencer asking her repeatedly to jump in the confused woman tells her she can't swim but Natalie reassures her it will be fine and that she was scuba certified witch was a lie to manipulate the poor woman when the woman was ready at the behest of the streamer she dove in head first Natalie was then approached by several individuals telling her swimming was not allowed and to leave she then walked away from the woman in the water to a group of friends that was with her off camera the woman yells out she can not swim only float natalie and her friends just stood their mocked the woman laughing at her and continued to record instead of calling first responders for any kind of help they then ran off leaving the woman as they were in their car to leave first responders did come and help the women she is safe people this is a crime Texas penal code Sec. 22.041. ABANDONING OR ENDANGERING A CHILD, ELDERLY INDIVIDUAL, OR DISABLED INDIVIDUAL.  Of note, under subsection (2)(c), we find: "A person commits an offense if the person intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence, by act or omission, engages in conduct that places a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual in imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment."
