AMERICANS AGAINST FORECLOSURES ( AAF ) PETITIONS GOVERNMENT

Our non-profit Organization called Americans Against Foreclosures ( AAF ), has created a website at : www.aaf.news to contact all Governors and Representatives of the People in the Congress of the United States to extend the Moratorium on all foreclosures and evictions, and to do the following:

Pass an emergency Act as as Addendum to the CARES ACT, now in force, whereby all home loans and equity lines of credit can no longer be foreclosed on, nor sold, nor traded on Wall Street, especially not to any debt collector to be able to attempt to foreclose on them.

Help American Families stay in their homes and eliminate homelessness in the United States since housing is a Human Right.

Audit all land records going back to the previous financial crisis in 2008.

Have all land Recorders in more than 3,000 Counties, audit, cancel, and remove any and all fraudulent documents from title, especially those breaking the chain of title.
Pass an emergency Act whereby any third parties involved in the creation of a parallel recording system, like the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ( MERS ), as well as any and all so called “Credit Bureaus”, stop collecting personal financial information of Americans and storing it in computer databases, and especially prohibiting them from selling this information.

The right to privacy is a Human Right.

Pass an emergency Act declaring that all deeds of trust be declared null and void, since they are unlawful and unconstitutional for the following reasons:

They include the words “merger” when referring to Corporations which is an illusion.
In reality, what has happened is that one company ran out of money and another company purchased that company. That new company started sending bills for mortgage payments which is totally illegal.

They purchased the company because they had the People think that they borrowed money from the new company and had to pay it back. This is fraud.

You can not pay a dead company back for an original mortgage.

They attempted to fool the People from the start, and the People in good faith, took it for granted. But now we have exposed the truth and we are catching up with all the fraud, corruption, and lies.

The original contract can not be purchased, sold on, nor transferred. Simple as that.

Unfortunately, many judges, lawyers, the banks and many more are accountable for crimes committed and need to be brought to justice for this massive scam.
