Nampa Idaho irrigation district cintinues to raise urrigation rates without proper notification to their residents.Some residents budget yearly and can barely afford previous rates.Lets get their attention and let them know the residents of Nampa Idaho will not stand for being rail roaded.Thus should have went for a vote..not pushed on people.
