In recognition of his immense contributions to music, art, culture, and society, we humbly request that the Dhubri–Phulbari bridge, a historic project of connectivity and progress, be named Zubeen Garg Setu. This would not only honor his legacy but also serve as a lasting reminder of his role in uniting people, just as this bridge will unite communities. For generations to come, the name Zubeen Garg Setu will inspire pride, cultural identity, and a sense of belonging among the people of Assam and beyond. We sincerely hope the government will consider this heartfelt appeal from admirers and citizens who wish to see Zubeen Da’s legacy immortalized through this landmark.
