He devoted over 30 years of his life to nurturing local youth sports, most notably 11-12 year old baseball . His dedication went beyond the field; he developed software for scheduling and dedicated countless hours to umpiring. It was a labor of love that he was immensely proud of, and his impact resonates in the enhanced status of local sports today.
