NAIROBI WATER, please address the Persistent Water Shortage in Mountain View Estate

NAIROBI WATER, please address the Persistent Water Shortage in Mountain View Estate
The Issue
To: Eng. G.B Masinde, Regional Manager, NWSC
Complaint:
We, Residents of Mountain View Estate, make a formal complaint against NAIROBI WATER AND SEWERAGE COMPANY due to the persistent water shortages that has been affecting our daily lives for months. Our water schedule of 3 days in a week is no longer followed by Nairobi Water. Despite recent heavy rains and repeated requests for assistance, no constant action has been taken to address this issue. This problem is personal to us as it significantly disrupts our daily routines and poses potential health risks.
The lack of a reliable water supply is not just an inconvenience; it's a threat to our basic human rights.
We would like to express our disappointments and suggest possible solutions to address this urgent issue. The water shortage has caused significant inconvenience to our daily lives hence it is important to understand the root cause of the water shortage problem in our area.
The problem
We suspect foul play, as we are aware our surrounding estates and neighbourhoods have water. We feel that one of the main causes is the lack of proper water distribution and water cartels who want to make business from us.
Proposed solution:
We believe that everyone in our estate deserves access to a reliable and adequate water supply. Therefore, we request that you reinstate our usual water schedule of 3 days in a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday without fail.
In conclusion, please note this is the first petition in a series of petitions we the Residents are submitting to you. We hope that together we can work towards finding a solution that benefits everyone in the estate.
Sign this petition and became a catalyst for cartels fighting. Our collective determination will be the force that restores our water schedule in Mountain Estate Waiyaki Way, Westlands.
