Bring back Melody Cookies

Bring back Melody Cookies
The Issue
Melody Cookies were delicious sugar cookies, baked for decades by Nabisco, then discontinued. Melody was a large round cookie with scalloped edges and granulated sugar on top. It was delicious in both its chocolate and vanilla varieties. Melody Cookies came in a rectangular box, lined up on edge. They were my favorite cookie from my childhood, but adults and children enjoyed them alike. Some ate them dry, while others considered them the best dunking cookies ever made. Then in the early 1970s, Nabisco stopped making them, first the vanilla and then the chocolate. Those who remember them want them back. Younger generations are in for a treat if they come back.
Nabisco, if you are looking for new products to increase your market share, look no further than your own recipe vaults. Please start making both chocolate and vanilla Melody Cookies again. The market will eat them up!
