I am asking you the public and others to join me in support to shut down DCF ( Department of Children’s and Families) 

DCF has invaded my life more than once over anonymous tips in multitudes. I have continuously explain to them that I was set up from the first involvement with them back in 2009. An ex friend of mine has threatened me with DCF before I ever had kids and when my first child was born she and others on MySpace reported me to DCF and MySpace over my daughter being in the tub full of bubbles in a picture on my private account back in 2009. They keep claiming that I am delusional etc. base on lies told by Brockton DCF back then and now the Hyde park office in Hyde Park, ma. 
 
I have not ever refused to cooperate with anything DCF asked me to do. Except when I was pregnant with my son I refused to start the antipsychotic drugs being prescribed to me. (Abilify) Despite that I completes a parenting class more than one diabetic training and all and anything they threw my way to get my kids back.

my daughter who was in DCF custody when she was 11 got diagnosed with type one diabetes, while she was in foster care April 2018. She was returned home September 2018 and experienced a diabetic keto acidosis in April 2019. Boston Medical Center endocrinology pediatric Dr. Soros filed a 51 a on me for medical negligence on March 5, 2018 at her 3 month check up because she claimed for one whole day we didn’t do blood sugars but my daughter was visiting my aunt in Brockton when the DKA occurred. Yazariah experiences a dka shortly after the 51 a was filed which I feel was caused by the 51a filed against us. She was removed from the hospital and returned back home 3/25/2020 because of the Covid-19. On 5/25/2020 she had another DKA after returning home and was hospitalized for three days.

Dcf decided on the 29 of May 2020 that I could leave with my child because Boston Children’s hospital was confident with me caring for my child but DCF was not. Today 6/8/2020 DCF calls to tell me that they are removing my child tomorrow, when no 51 a was filed but she is in their custody.

Lindsey Wallace the worker I have had no intention of keeping my family together because she nitpicks and creates reasons why I shouldn’t have my kids back. No matter how timely or efficient I complete what they ask she finds something to blame me for not doing or other. It’s either I rescheduled an appointment or my 3 year old gained two pounds when she at school all day or creating something my therapist or psych said because their hard to reach by phone. I’m fed up with DCF they will not change my worker saying that it won’t make a difference. They have insulted my intelligence, their harassing me by removing my daughter without a viable reason including a 51a no being filed and I feel like they want my daughter to die because they keep removing her knowing that her emotions tie into her sickness so they need to be charged with attempted murder and defamation of character.

my child should not be removed without a supported 51a and also juvenile diabetes is pretty much uncontrollable so DCF without a degree in medicine should not have the say as to where she receives care and where she should live.

i have contacted m lawyer and he has let me know that this being the fifth removal for her is why she will not be home until she is 15 or so when she has a right to refuse foster care. DCF has racial profiles me and has shown prejudice against me as well as discrimination. I feel helpless and need the community to support me in my time of need to shut down the department of children and families because they are not for children and families. Their organization should be call the department of tearing families and children apart.
