Brian Carper is the school resource officer that has been appointed by the Burlington Community School District/Burlington Police Department to the Burlington High School. There have been multiple incidents involving Brian and the students were he has used excessive force. He should be removed from the schools permanently and we are requesting that a third party conduct an investigation to see if charges should be brought against Brian.
