Why this petition matters

This petition is to draw attention to such e-commerce websites which are working as per their rules and regulations and to draw attention of concerned govt entities to ensure customers are not harrased / cheated and to ennsure e-commerce companies should have proper resolution mechanism , put the escalation matrix in their website with the contact details ( email / phone number ) and proper public unbiased communication channel to interact with the customer .
Myntra.com is an e-commerce website and many are a big time fan of it including myself unitll......
i faced an issue for my one of the order which took more than 2 weeks to get delivered and when i went to report this in social media to grab their attention, i could see that its the issue with most of the customers as well. So it looks like Myntra team is taking it lightly without any concern for their customer.
Recently most of the users are facing issue with the orders and unnecessary delays in their delivery becaise of unknown reason. There is no clear process from myntra about the resoluation of the issue and there is no valid reason given for the issue. All that the customer care team and escalation department executive says is that they are sorry for the inconvinience and they need few more days of resolution time.
Also Myntra customer team voluntarily close the existing ticket and create a new ticket to extend the TAT ( Turn around time ) / to extend the resolution time.
When the escalation teams calls the cusomter , a defiite valid timeline is not provided and they clearly refuse to commit any timeline ( Audio recording will be attached )
There is no email communication to the customer and the communication is only through their app interface which gives them all the edge to manipulate the timelines / manipulate the communication history as they own all the app interface. If it was through the email , then both customer and myntra will be having a copy of the communication and there is no changes of manipulating the communication history.
Please sign this petition to bring changes in e-commerce manipulative behavior / harrasment and to draw attention to government entities to take appropriate action.
