Myntra not returning cash to customers upon order return/ cancellation
The Issue
Myntra automatically converts the money to Myntra credit upon return/ cancellation of orders, and expires this credit also in just 1 year. These are not the gift points but money automatically/ forcefully converted to Myntra credit, Customer is then forced to buy even if there isn’t anything g of interest or loses money after a year, this is not the case with other e-platforms.
for me Myntra didn’t deliver the prefer for a good time, and I could not order for 2-3 months due to lockdown even then no extension was provided and my money expired as point. This must change, they can’t force the customers to lose their hard earned money.
