I bought a Microsoft surface pro 4 laptop on 21/1/2017, It costed me BD 870 in Bahrain which is equivalent to = $2308.46; one month ago, its screen started flickering frequently so I can't use it anymore; this was one of the most expensive laptops in the market and it is a very high end product; moreover Microsoft admitted that it is a design fault issue; however, they decided that they will solve this issue for the laptops purchased three years ago or less; I don't what is the logical reason for this decision; I see that if it is their fault, they must be responsible for it; I didn't used it too much and I always take care of my stuff; hence, the technical issue didn't appear during the first three years ; I won't accept anything but Microsoft taking full responsibility of this problem either providing me with an equivalent laptop or providing me with a refund by which I can buy an equivalent laptop.
