Every year dogs and cats are getting abused so i want to help them...if you see anyone who does anything or think that it looks a little off please pay attention to it more often and she how much it changes if it doesn't change at all then it's not abused but if it changed a little bit then it might've got hit and kicked a few times and if it's changed a lot then it's definitely getting harassed and abused.And if you sign this then maybe we've changed the world into a better place.Thanks to your guy's help but if we didn't we can still keep trying,Don't give up hope!!!
