As someone who discovered this app at the age of 13, I think it is so damaging for young people and should not be promoted. There should be some sort of process to check that people using this app will benefit from it and it will not cause any harm to their mental well-being. This app should have age restrictions as well has usage restrictions, as I do understand the benefits of it for certain people.
