My Dane is innocent, the "victim" wants to profit off his life.My name is Ashley Lybarger, I am the owner and mother mostly and firstly of 3 beautiful great danes (and 3 human children also) my male Dane was falsely accused of attacking a neighbor down on the opposite side of my street. On thursady April 29th my dog was deemed too viscous to live. He was condemned to death by judge Cory Sanders, which i requested a stay of execution. In the courtroom it would have been obvious to anyone how there was no real evidence presented, no actual documentation of the alleged attack, except for cell phone pictures that did not show anyone's face. The key witness was the alleged victim who changed her story so many times i can not remember all of them, stating when i asked why her story changed that she was nervous. I told her why would she be nervous, was i the one who attacked her? Her reply was because she did not know how to talk in front of people and this is why her story changed. I asked which story were we supposed to believe? No one answered. The whole thing was based on her word, which even went the actual dog catcher who was first to respond. The neighbor stated in reports 3 of my dogs attacked her, and also has changed her story numerous times. In her story she states u took my females inside, she changed it and said I took my male inside, each time one or 2 danes just disappear completely from her actual story. No one saw this as strange except for myself. She is also planning on taking me to civil court to sue me. She never called the police even when I insisted she do so, she told me that she didn't have time for that she needed to get her son from the bus stop. All of this took place around 2:30 pm on April 6th. the dog catcher was called to her residence per report at 5:30 pm. This is a 3 hour time period she did not have contact with anyone to verify her story. The report from the dog catcher states the following:
On 4/7/15 animal control was dispatched to 106 e 3rd St in reference to a dog attacking a young woman in the street. On arrival I met with Lee Rios and her daughter Juanita Rios and I asked them what had happened and Juanita said that she went walking to the bus stop on e 4th St by way of 121 east 3rd St and she saw 3 large dogs lose in the middle of the road. Juanita went on to say that the dog with the blue collar jumped on her for no reason knocking her down in the street and biting her in the stomach and on her left rear buttock and right shoulder and she said that the other two large dogs were going to join in the attack but then Juanita said some lady came out and put them in the house. She went on to say that she went home and told her mother what happened and she also said that when the dog with the blue collar knocked her down her cell phone got broken.
This is only a small portion of what the report states. I received numerous blurry pictures of what looks like scrapes and her broken phone. This is not what happened. When I went outside none of my dogs were out of my fence, my female danes were no were in sight, they were in my back yard behind a six foot tall fence. My male was in the front yard on a tie down, sun bathing by my kiddie pool. She had no marks on her, she was not crying, I asked her to call the police to report it, she told me no she didn't have time and she had to get her son from the bus stop. She then went to the bus stop. The reports are from 5:30 pm. The bus comes at 2:40 pm. She had this incident supposedly happen at 2:30 or earlier. No first response, no medical response what's so ever. She is saying she had no other way to walk around to the bus stop, but the bus stop is closer to her home if she just went to her corner down the street. She also had a Pitt put down from attacking someone and sued. I believe this is all about a sceme to get money. I need legal help badly. My dog is also starving in the animal shelter, I have proof. And they claim he gets 2 cups of dog food a day. He has gotten mange in there, and also he has injuries from someone there on his stomach. Please I need help saving my dog!
