1. On 01.04.2022, we got admitted our 15days old daughter Adanya in the vijay kids hospital,bhatinda of Dr. Kapil bansal due to the complication of aspiration.

2. Her condition  and responding activity improved a lot till morning 06.04.2022 as per all her reports said by doctor bansal.But on 6th day of morning, doc said us that all of sudden her condition is deteriorating and recommended to refer her to Adesh hospital, bhatinda.Because her internal bleeding started continuously caused by infection as he said to us. And in my presence, he called Dr.harijot singh bhattal,HOD of Pederiatic in Adesh hospital.

3. On Dr. kapil bansal instructions,we rushed to Adesh hospital with ambu on my baby for oxygen.There we met Dr. Arzoo and told her all details.she admitted my baby in emergency ward and put on oxygen.Meanwhile told me to take admission slip from reception.After 10mins when i came to doc arzoo,she removed my baby oxygen, on enquiry she said a strange reply that here bed is not available so cannot treat her further.Later we came to know that doc arzoo was told by dr.harijot singh bhattal for refusal of admission as per proof that i collected.we begged them but they straightway denied of admission of my baby.we left no other option than to go ludhiana hospital as instructed by dr. kapil bansal.

4. We left from there and drove upto 4-5 kms towards ludhiana.On the way,i got call from Dr. rahul madaan(Senior on duty doctor of adesh) and he said that bed is available, who denied you?I told him everything,He said to come again for admission.we came back again to adesh but dr.harijot singh bhattal came to us and in a arrogant and insulting way denied of admission.we told him that doc rahul called us saying bed is available but he didnt care a bit.And he said i am the deciding authority once i said no means no.Here dr. rahul madaan didnot come ahead for us.

5. So without wasting time we had to move to ludhiana hospital as my baby treatment was prime neccesity.We reached there anyhow but her condition degraded so much that doc said that heart almost stopped and we gave her cpr.I requested them to try every best possible way which they did.But after struggling so hard my strong baby left this world at night same day.

6. After this incident we decided to fight now against those murderers coz we have nothing to loose now.So i collected evidences like call recordings done between me and dr. kapil bansal and dr. rahul madaan.In which they clearly pointing to one doctor.But all are culprit here who killed my baby.Rahul madaan said in his call record that i was there when you were begging and crying then i said why the hell you didnot come forward to say a favour? he said he is our HOD thatsy,so cant come forward. And that hod denied straightway that emergency case.Who else denys emergency in any hospital? Why kapil bansal degrade my baby condition.and what he told to bhattal that he denied at last.All are culprit and murderer.

7. I filed case against them.No matter how much money Adesh hospital have..How much political power they have...how much pressure they put on us.

We will not step back now till our death and fight for our baby to get #justiceforadanya
