To: The Tennessee State Legislature

We, the undersigned citizens of Tennessee, respectfully petition the state legislature to consider the legalization of mutual combat. Mutual combat refers to a consensual fight between two individuals who agree to engage in physical combat under regulated conditions.

We believe that legalizing mutual combat would benefit our community for the following reasons:

1. Consent and Regulation: Both parties must give explicit, informed consent before engaging in mutual combat. This ensures that the fight is consensual and that neither party is coerced.
